Ep4: How to Reset Your Energetic Battery with Jennifer Lyall

[00:00] Andy Walker: Is your energetic battery fizzling and dragging down your work performance? Spiritual business coach Jennifer Lyle reveals how to check your energy and recharge your inner power today on Woo Biz. Hello and welcome to another edition of Woo Biz. I’m your host, Andy Walker. This is the show where you’ll learn to tap into powerful, unconventional tools to level up your business game. That means intuition, manifesting, remote viewing, even past life insights and guidance, perhaps from loved ones who’ve crossed over. But for today, we’ve got a highly practical and seemingly miraculous exercise to recharge your psychic energy, sharpen your focus, and get productive again. So let’s get to it. Meet Jennifer Lyle, an intuitive business mentor who helps entrepreneurs stop second guessing and start scaling with soul. She left the corporate world to build a business rooted in energy, mastery, spiritual tools and razor sharp clarity. Her clients learn to trust their inner voice, clear their blocks, and turn big ideas into aligned, profitable offers. Jennifer is the creator of Connect to youo and the Check youk Inner Battery Method, which is really cool. It’s a part of an upcoming book that she’s got coming out. We’ll talk about that a little later on. Her work has reached over 50,000 people worldwide and she’s not about mindsets. She’s about mastery, mastering your energy, your focus, and your leadership. Kind of the that nice mix of business and woo. But if you’re a budding business that’s guided by purpose, intuition, and what I call Woo skills, this conversation is for you. All right, well, hello and welcome. Jen, how are you?

[01:59] Jennifer Lyall: I’m doing amazing. Thanks. Andy, how are you?

[02:02] Andy Walker: Very good, very good. It’s really nice to have you on the show. I thought it was perfect because Jen and I have known each other for, oh geez, feels like 15 years or so. Maybe we met at a leadership program years ago. So tell me a bit about your journey into the woo, or maybe out of traditional business and into Woo business.

[02:21] Jennifer Lyall: What’s.

[02:21] Andy Walker: What’s your backstory, Jen?

[02:23] Jennifer Lyall: So I actually did. Didn’t want to become an entrepreneur. My parents had their own business and I saw how hard they worked. So I vowed I’d never be an entrepreneur. And then I took the Landmark education program and through that we had connected. And at that time, I was becoming very passionate about wellness and Landmark program. They were encouraging us to do something in the world where we wanted to be, but we were holding back. And so for this project, I had created this group called Healthy Moms Connect. And I just was hosting monthly sessions with other moms that wanted to be more focused on wellness because I didn’t have any friends that were focused on this. So this is 2008. The wellness industry was building momentum. And in conversation with you, he was like, I want to do for wellness what Oprah’s done for everything else. And you’re like, well, start a podcast. And what’s a podcast? And I remember doing research for my business at that time and somebody saying, you know what, they’re going to be streaming YouTube videos on television in the future. It’s just like, no way.

[03:32] Andy Walker: And now here we are in the world and everybody’s got a podcast and everybody’s, you know, broadcasting their version of what they love. And so you did like, at that time you were doing wellness, Right? And so how did he pivot from wellness into business then?

[03:45] Jennifer Lyall: Well, my business sucked. I didn’t, I didn’t believe in myself. So the model which you were encouraging me to, to focus on, which felt really aligned, was to have a podcast that you monetize. And so those early days, a lot of people poo pooed this idea of monetizing a podcast. And I went to different big wellness shows to try to connect in with different advertisers. But because podcasting was so new and I was just a mom who was passionate about wellness. I mean, my co host was a naturopathic doctor, but I didn’t see why they would really want to advertise with me. So because I didn’t believe in myself, I was having a really difficult time growing my business and finding those advertisers. So it’s like, okay, let’s try corporate wellness, because I have a background in event planning as well. But 2008, the recession, it was difficult. I got a handful of those clients and I was just so tired of beating myself up for not getting the results that I, I knew I could create in my business. And so I had a moment. It was March 2010, where the house was absolutely quiet, the kids were still asleep. It was 6am, it was pitch black outside, and I just was sitting on my couch and I gave myself permission to figure out what makes my heart sing. And my youngest son at that time was going to be going to into school full time in the fall. And it’s like, okay, you’ve been trying to get full time results of a business working just a few hours, and it just wasn’t working. So I was like, okay, once my son’s in school, then I’ll have more time. But there was something about that moment of surrender where it was like, the universe said, okay, she’s finally listening. Send in all the signals. And then I started having some really incredible spiritual experiences, lots of synchronicities.

[05:39] Andy Walker: Wow. Now, has this something that you had previous to this? Had you been spiritual before? Had you been studying intuition or anything like that? Or did it. Did it beg you to pull that towards you in your business?

[05:49] Jennifer Lyall: I mean, when I was younger, I’d always been curious about the horoscopes and palmistry, but I really didn’t. I wasn’t interested in it. I wasn’t curious about it. I was very logically focused. I, you know, was that a student and honor roll from university corporate was my goal, and that was, like, just what I thought was what I wanted, and it wasn’t. I. It took me. That moment, opened me up to start to witness synchronicities. I went to this networking event, and at the event, the person said, all right, let’s exchange services so that you can help each other’s business grow. And this lady stood up saying, I’ll do a soul reading for anybody who would like to help me with my business. And she wanted to learn about podcasting. So we had a session, and we exchanged services. And at my session, so what she does is what is called an Akashic record reading. And with this method, they say that every single person, every single soul, has a book up in heaven’s library that looks at all the different lifetimes you’ve been here, all the different patterns and intersections of why things come up and why things are unfolding and different paths that you can take. And so in this, she says, wow, I see your business changing to incorporate spirituality. And I guess at that point, I would have been a little bit curious. I actually had tried meditation at that point, because I had asked, will I be doing anything with Deepak Chopra or Wayne Dyer? She’s like, well, no, but I do see you doing something with your hands, and I do see you connecting in with some sort of tool that’s really significant for your journey. And my uncle was an energy healer, and I remember calling him up when I was in this phase of, like, questioning and curiosity, saying, what is this energy work you do? Is it Reiki? He’s like, oh, no, it’s. It’s just energy. And he said, there’s one in every generation in our family, and maybe you’re the one.

[08:03] Andy Walker: Ooh, exciting. Yeah, that’s cool.

[08:06] Jennifer Lyall: And so through conversations with my mom, I was the family massage therapist when I was growing up. I’m the baby of seven. And I asked my mom how did I become the massage therapist? And she said, well, when my eldest brother had a water skiing accident, so he’s 18 years older than me, he would lie down on the living room floor and his back would be aching and so I would rub his back for him and then everyone else is like, well, you can rub my shoulders too. So I became the family massage therapist and I understand now that it wasn’t like that I was a massage. It was more so the energy.

[08:42] Andy Walker: Yeah, a natural, energetic healer. Yeah. Like as you said, goes one in every generation. And you’re the one, I suppose this time for this one. Do any of your kids have any of this talent as well?

[08:58] Jennifer Lyall: They do. They’ve shut it down. They’re boys, they’re older now. They’ve shut it down. My youngest can do energy work, he’s very intuitive. My eldest knows how to dowse, but they’ve shut it down. So that’s their journey, their path.

[09:14] Andy Walker: For later. For later. I mean I didn’t come to it until, you know, my 50s really. You know, I mean I’ve seen spirits and felt energies and red auras forever but I mean it was always in a sort of a denial. In fact I was a bit of an atheist for a while. Any of this stuff, very scientific minded technology.

[09:33] Jennifer Lyall: So if, if, if you saw auras like is that just the normal way that you see people then?

[09:39] Andy Walker: I don’t see them physically with my eyes. Well, I have seen them physically in my eyes if I tune in. But, but generally I see them in my mind. So if I, so I can tune into you right now and I can tell you they’ve got. There’s three zones that I see. I see a, a chimney off the top, sort of like a, off the top of your, your crown chakra was I guess what they call it. And it’s very yellow for you right now. You’re very divinely connected. And then you have two green wings, I call them. And I just, you know, I just tune into somebody and I see it and it usually means something that you know, the, the, the, the white lights typically, you know, just well centered and connected and you know, divine in many ways. You see that a lot around healers, you see a lot around doctors, you see it around people that tend to be, you know, in the woo world and then the green, you know, and it changes, right, changes minutes to minute, moment to moment. So the green is just by my reading anyway for you today is probably just in a pretty chill places. Friday, you’ve probably had a fairly good week and you might even be contemplating or thinking about creativity. It’s possible, you know, so that’s sort of what I see. Tell me if that’s right.

[10:39] Jennifer Lyall: It’s been, it’s been a week. I do have some writing to do this afternoon, so.

[10:46] Andy Walker: Yeah, no, very good. Well, anyway, so that’s sort of what I see. And then I, and then I, you know, I can see, I can see illness sometimes and that sort of thing. So. But it’s something that I’ve honestly only been playing with for about a year now, if that. And I abandoned it. I started saying it in my 30s and then. But I’ll meet somebody and kind of get a sense of them through, just through that alone. And you know, I haven’t really used it extensively in entrepreneurship in all the companies I built and that sort of thing. Although the intuition for sure is a big piece for me, you know, so it is important. Well, so you say. It’s so important and it is. I agree with you. But I want to hear from the lady that is the inner battery checker person because what is it about the energetic process and intuition and all these woo skills? Why are those so critical for entrepreneurs today?

[11:37] Jennifer Lyall: Because we get stuck and limited by the logical mind. We’re trained by the old paradigms from the past and how we’ve lived, whereas we can tap into something that’s so much broader that of our, of our pure potential for what we can create for ourselves and for others. And so for me, intuition is a language of energy. It’s learning how to tap into this subtle subtleties of what’s really going on behind the scenes of the individual. So there is tuning into a person, sensing a situation, taking those moments of the words that get whispered into your ear or a flash of an image in front of your eyes and, and knowing that, okay, there’s something there that there is to tap into or just trusting in that feeling that you’re getting, learning to distinguish. Is that feeling that I’m feeling sick to my stomach because it’s a no. Or I’m feeling sick to my stomach but also like excited in my heart, which is the. Yes. And you’re at the edge of your comfort zone or your success set point of where you normally go.

[12:46] Andy Walker: Very cool. Okay. And so do you think this is something that anybody can learn?

[12:50] Jennifer Lyall: Absolutely. We all, we all are intuitive. It’s just we haven’t had people in our world necessarily that have been demonstrating how to use the skills, but we all have it. We all have those deja vu moments, or we have the moments that we’re like, ah, I had that thought and I should have done that.

[13:08] Andy Walker: Right?

[13:09] Jennifer Lyall: Just leaning into that and trusting it a little bit more.

[13:12] Andy Walker: And so what’s your process with it when you take on a client? Do you sort of kind of audit that where they’re at in that spiritual journey first, or do you start from scratch? What do you like, how do you head into that with somebody who needs coaching and I guess is open to. It is open to the spiritual.

[13:28] Jennifer Lyall: You know, the, the people who typically come to me, the door to the woo has already been open. So whether they’re already meditating or they might be a practitioner themselves, or they are sensitive, they know that they’re intuitive and they want to lean into that because they’re just absolutely exhausted with how they’ve been running their business and they haven’t been trusting themselves. They’ve been focusing more on the logical mind. So a lot of what I do with my clients is seeking to understand where they are energetically. So, for instance, one client came to me last year. She first reached out to me in February. She had. Hasn’t had an amazing business, but had some big financial difficulties, which totally undermined her confidence in herself. And so she was then experiencing emotional distress. She was finding it difficult to function through the day. She was having a health issue that was flaring up for her. And she had two businesses. One business was still doing okay, but the other one, she just found it very difficult to function through. So I took her through this baby steps because of just how stuck, overwhelmed she was and how beating herself up she was from everything that had unfolded. And so we took baby steps on learning how to just check in to see how she’s doing and give herself some more time and space and grace to get into a place where she felt better so she could just function. That was the first step for her, for just where she was. And so she first reached out to me in February and said, okay, I’m just going to try to figure this out on my own. Got nowhere. So she reached out to me and we started working together last August. And we did baby steps at first, and then it just. She was very intuitive herself. She actually could sense a lot, but she had shut a lot down because she was just feeling so numb. So we built up her energy, her reserves, her confidence. We did some energy work for releasing old stories, old blocks from things that happened in her childhood, from things that happened with her parents, from things that happened in previous careers and also tapped into success from previous careers to remind herself how that felt so that she could leap forward. And she did some logical stuff too, with some refinancing of things. And she, by the time we were done working together, she’s closing million dollar deals again. And then she’s like, oh my gosh, I have all these amazing ideas and ways that she wants to bring her intuition into her business and use that as a differentiator between herself and other people in that field.

[16:16] Andy Walker: And, and so when you work with her, like, what kind of exercises do you do to help her realign her energy?

[16:23] Jennifer Lyall: The one main tool that I focus on is this idea of focus. My energy is the, the methodology. And there’s a particular process called checking your inner battery where you check in to see where your energy is. And this process, it creates what psychologists call active awareness. So you become aware of what’s going on within yourself as well as more aware of what’s going on around you too. So through this process of checking in, like, just imagine that, you know, you are actually seeing how am I doing? You check your inner. My, my goal is to inspire a million people to check their inner battery as often as they check their phone battery. Because if you can just imagine how many times a day do you check the battery levels on your phone or your laptop or your tablet?

[17:12] Andy Walker: It’s an ongoing thing, right? I mean, it’s something that you, you have to do to function. So I’m gathering then your situation is you have to do this to function.

[17:20] Jennifer Lyall: As an entrepreneur, as a person, period.

[17:25] Andy Walker: Sure. As a person.

[17:26] Jennifer Lyall: Because we won’t let our laptop go down to 25% if we’re doing an important project. Right. We’d be panicking like, I don’t want to lose what I’m in the middle of. I need to plug in, I need to recharge this battery, I need to boost the battery. So we’re the same way. We have an electrical system, we need to have a full inner battery in order to be at our best. And when you move through your life, your days, with more of your time spent in what I call the thriving zone. So where your battery is at that 8, 9 or 10, so it’s at the more full zone. That’s when you’re in flow, that’s when the creativity drops in. That’s where you get the inspiration and the synchronicities and you experience more of the magic. And that’s really, really when you’re in your full power too.

[18:17] Andy Walker: Yeah. Wow. And that’s where you want to be because that your business will function normally, you’ll be able to handle the rigors of being an entrepreneur. Let’s face it, it’s physically and mentally draining when you are trying to make ends meet. You’re trying to build the business, you’re trying to drive it, you’re trying to grow, you’re doing all the things that you need to do as an entrepreneur. And if you’re, as you said, your battery’s low, forget it. It’s going to be like pulling teeth, really.

[18:41] Jennifer Lyall: We, we think there’s this hard work paradigm. And my family immigrated to Canada from Europe and that’s how a lot of people came to Canada. They immigrated from other countries and there’s that story of hard work that’s in there. And so we think that we need to push, push, push and push. I certainly did. My parents left at 7 in the morning and didn’t come home till 11 at night. So that’s how you grew up. A business is you had to work hard, hard, hard, hard, hard. And to do anything other than that is you’re lazy, you’re a shyster, or there’s all these other stories about what kind of person you are if you don’t do that. So we, our society has been so trained to work hard and to not actually take those pauses.

[19:32] Andy Walker: It’s funny, you know, my dad, I’m an immigrant too. I mean, I came from England. I mean, as, as much as. But it came from somewhere else. Right. We moved to Montreal and always, you know, of that World War II kind of generation where they were born during that time and the po. They were post war babies. And there was this whole ethos in my family, if you don’t work hard, there’s something wrong with you. You know what I mean? And I remember once saying, actually after doing some of these courses at Landmark walking and going, I’m just going to create an amazing business and it’s going to be easy. And I just remember getting reprimanded for like, what do you mean easy? Nothing’s easy. You have to. So you won’t get anything and results with hard work. Yeah, but that was the generational thinking, right? And especially from immigrant parents who had to, you know, claw their way up, you know, into a new country and reestablish themselves halfway through their lives. Very often in my case, they were in their 30s, I think, when they did that, you know, so I totally get it. Right. And it doesn’t have to be hard. So that’s, I like that messaging that you’re. That you’re offering. There is. If you configure energy, it doesn’t. It can be easier than you think. Yeah.

[20:40] Jennifer Lyall: Yes, it can be easier. It doesn’t mean that it’s going to be just a walk in the park, because there still is. Are going to be those moments where you’re stretched to your limit. But because you have, you’re not going on fumes, you’re tapping in, you know how to be that best version of yourself, to be brave and take that big action. So, for instance, one of my other clients, she has a transportation company with her husband, and they had the company for, gosh, over 20 years, but also came from immigrant parents. Work hard, work hard, work hard. And she was getting to the place where she’s just exhausted and she was resenting her business and she wanted things to be better. And so through this process of learning how to master checking her inner battery, she totally transformed her relationship with her husband. Because she wasn’t going into that state of ruminating about, well, this happened and that happened. She’s like, okay, well, it happened. What did we learn? Let’s move on. So she wouldn’t go there with him, and she transformed the relationship with her customers, with her team members. And she had this one particular day where she had not one, not two, but three crisises all showed up on the same day. And even though one would normally send her sideways and. And have her stewing for weeks, she was able to move through it with grace and even tap into her intuition to suss out some. Some funny business that was going on with one of those situations. And so she came to the end of the day and instead of beating herself up and ruminating, she’s like, I am really proud of how I went through that day.

[22:19] Andy Walker: Amazing. Really amazing. Yeah, yeah. It can be that simple, right? If you have the right tools. So, speaking of tools, I know I asked you to take us through an exercise. Can you. Can you take us through the Android battery check on the show?

[22:33] Jennifer Lyall: Absolutely.

[22:33] Andy Walker: Yeah.

[22:33] Jennifer Lyall: Yeah. So if, as you’re listening here, what you’re going to need is a pen and a paper, and you’re going to write on this piece of paper, physical and then down in a little bit of space, emotional, mental and spiritual. Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Physical, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

[22:57] Andy Walker: Mental and spiritual. Yeah. Okay, I’m going to type it because I don’t have a piece of paper. But anyway, that’s okay.

[23:02] Jennifer Lyall: All right. And I’m going to invite you to close your eyes I like to put my hand on my heart just to get myself to go within. Take a deep breath.

[23:09] Andy Walker: Okay.

[23:10] Jennifer Lyall: And out. And then ask yourself, on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being low, 10 being high, how do I feel physically right now? First number that comes to you.

[23:19] Andy Walker: All right, I’m a seven.

[23:21] Jennifer Lyall: And I’m a nine. Then do a body scan and see why are you rating yourself that number.

[23:28] Andy Walker: Okay.

[23:29] Jennifer Lyall: And for me, I, I’m thirsty because we’ve been talking. But other than that, I feel, I feel good. I had a good night’s sleep, feel well rested, energized and, and feeling good for this conversation. Stacy so is going to honor that for me moment. Take a quick sip. Anything you notice as you scan through?

[23:48] Andy Walker: Yeah, it’s been a long week. There’s a bunch of stressors around. Some things I have to deal with before go to see some family tomorrow. So it’s a bit of backlog in what I have to get done. Just a little tired, you know, so not quite. I feel good, but I just feel a little drained. I suppose that’s why I would say it would be a seven.

[24:07] Jennifer Lyall: Okay, perfect. And it’s this. I also want to emphasize that in this idea of checking in, this isn’t a judgment, this is awareness. So you know how to move through your day and you can get present to something that you might need. So for me in this moment, it was a sip of water, an easy fix. And for you it might be a 20 minute nap or a 10 minute meditation that might help you with feeling more rested as well then. Well, we’ll talk in a moment about the effects of boosting urine or battery.

[24:39] Andy Walker: Okay.

[24:39] Jennifer Lyall: Coming back inside, closing your eyes and going within and asking yourself, on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being low, 10 being high, how do you feel emotionally right now?

[24:50] Andy Walker: A nine.

[24:51] Jennifer Lyall: Nice. And what emotions come up for you?

[24:54] Andy Walker: Happy, content, motivated, and just in general, feel accomplished.

[25:02] Jennifer Lyall: Nice. I, I get a nine as well. I’m. I feel really happy and excited and I always love teaching this, but I’m not always at that level. There’s times where I, I dip down where I’m at three because maybe I’m cranky because I didn’t sleep well the night before, or maybe my heart is just low because I’m worried because something’s going on with one of my kids or, or my kitty or whatever, or frustrated with something. And then it’s just understanding that other things that happen then bleed over into other areas of our lives too. So for instance, there was a Time when I was teaching this process to a woman’s networking group. And it was just before Mother’s Day, and we had having great conversation. We had dinner and connecting with everyone. And I was speaking out after dinner over dessert. And so I’m walking people through this inner battery check, and we check in emotionally. And I get that I’m a seven. It’s just like, huh, isn’t that interesting? Why am I a 7? Like, I love teaching this stuff. I’m having great connections. And when I asked myself, why am I a 7? I got, I miss my mom. So this was just before Mother’s Day. I’d gone to see my mom the weekend before because I wanted to Mother’s Day to be for me with my boys.

[26:20] Andy Walker: Right.

[26:21] Jennifer Lyall: And I realized, I guess we were probably talking about Mother’s Day at this woman’s networking event over dinner. I realized that, huh, I. I don’t know how much time we have left with our parents. That to spend that time with her is really important.

[26:39] Andy Walker: Yeah.

[26:39] Jennifer Lyall: And so that little bit of sadness was under the surface. And if I hadn’t stopped to check in, I would have just bulldozed over it.

[26:49] Andy Walker: Right.

[26:49] Jennifer Lyall: But because I was aware, I called my mom up, I said, guess what? You get to see me two weekends in a row. And she was happy. And I was happy, too. But this, there could be something like, you are driving somewhere, you’re driving to the office, or driving wherever, you get cut off, and then you’re off, and then you get into the office and somebody says, how you doing? That guy on the way in, he cut me off. And then you let that. That frustration. You get home at the end of the day, your partner asks you, how was your day, that guy? And you’re carrying that anger into all these subsequent conversations. It’s impacting your ability to flow through and think through and problem solve. And it. That ER gets that edge gets infused in everything that you do for the rest of the day. Okay, next question. Mentally going within, on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being low, 10 being high, how are you feeling mentally right now? Hmm.

[27:46] Andy Walker: I’d say an eight.

[27:48] Jennifer Lyall: Okay. And this is about, are you clear and focused or foggy and distracted?

[27:56] Andy Walker: I see. Yeah.

[27:57] Jennifer Lyall: What are the dominant thoughts that are going on in your mind?

[28:02] Andy Walker: Right.

[28:02] Jennifer Lyall: And this is a really great place where you start to catch the ruminating thoughts and whether that’s supporting where you want to go and what you want to create in your world, or if it’s taking you off course. Last question is on a scale of 1 to 10, how do you feel spiritually? And this is how did you feel to whatever higher power it is that you believe in God, Allah, Buddha, the universe, your higher self or faith, that things are going to work out, or your purpose, whatever that might be for you? And even if somebody wasn’t quite sure how they felt about this question yet, you can still ask the other three questions and get lots of insights.

[28:44] Andy Walker: Right? Well, I mean, some people don’t have a spiritual component, right, but. Or, or they haven’t quite developed it much. I mean, for me, when I check in, I’m nine and a half. That’s my best element right now, I think, in this, in this four thing. And part of the reason I’m feeling there, it’s just because I choose to feel. I feel like I’ve got momentum. I feel like the world and the universe is supporting me. I’m not religious per se, but I am connected to the universe and to a divine power, and I feel like I have all of that momentum behind me. So spiritually, I’m pretty tuned in at the moment.

[29:18] Jennifer Lyall: Awesome. That’s fantastic. And I get. I’m a 10 at this moment. There’s other moments where you might discover that your numbers are lower and you can start to make the correlation between, you know, if you have a morning practice, if you skip your morning practice, how does that impact you spiritually? Maybe you feel less connected through the day. Maybe you’re not able to get to your place of worship because you’re on vacation and you’re traveling. And then you realize, oh my gosh, I missed that. So how could I weave that in? You start to make the correlation between how you’re feeling and people, places, situations that are influencing how you’re rating yourself. And then once you have these numbers, so what do the numbers mean for me? 8, 9, or 10? You’re in the thriving zone. That’s when you’re in flow. That’s when you’re feeling fantastic. When you’re dipping down to 4, 5, 6, or 7, you’re starting to suffer.

[30:07] Andy Walker: Our.

[30:08] Jennifer Lyall: Our actual natural way of being is supposed to be at that 8, 9, or 10. It’s just we have not had that conditioning through our lives. So when you start to dip down, you’re starting to suffer. And then when you’re at 1, 2, or 3, that’s when you’re in survival mode. That’s when you’re just barely getting by. It impacts your decision making, it impacts your perspective, it impacts how you speak, how you do Anything. And so if you discover that, you know, if you’re like a seven, that’s not too bad. It’s just starting to dip into the suffering zone. But if you’re getting down into like the three, four fives, you can try to push through. But I guarantee you that whatever it is that you’re gonna do in that moment, you’re not gonna really enjoy the results. You’re better off taking a pause to do something to boost your inner battery. And for me, I recommend different mindfulness based techniques, but you can really do anything. So watching a funny cat video might boost your energy. And that has actually been scientifically proven to boost your energy. It could be going outside and feeling the sunshine on your skin. It could be petting your cat or your dog. It could be hugging somebody, dancing, getting creative, like with some paints or with an instrument. It’s up to you. And it’s about experimenting with what is going to boost your energy. And I don’t know if we have time, just a quick breathing exercise. You can let me know if we have time for that or just could recommend that other people try that on their own.

[31:34] Andy Walker: Well, I think we have the fundamentals here of that exercise. So we’ll push that out with the free episode because everybody gets that. And let’s save that extra cool piece for the members only segment, which will start in a few. In a couple of minutes we’re just going to wind up and say goodbye to everybody here. I want to give you an opportunity before we go on the front and close out the free episodes to is to tell everybody how to get hold of you and how to get hold of your book when it comes out. So what’s the best way to reach you about that stuff?

[32:01] Jennifer Lyall: Oh, thank you so much. So through my website, you can connect with me on whatever your preferred social platform is through my website, j l Y-A-L l.com and you can find out about my book that will be released this year teaching you more about how to focus your energy and boost your inner battery. [32:42] Jennifer Lyall: I do, I do, yeah. And there’s information there about the different ways you can work with me as well. I have group programs one on one as well.
